Does Event Owl do partnership deals?
Yes, we believe in the strength of mutually beneficial partnerships. This ensures best pricing to our clients and mutual growth to our partners as well as ourselves. Send us an email and let’s see how we can assist each other.
Is there sponsorship opportunities that are on offer?
We continuously have major events happening, with great marketing opportunities and deals. Sponsors are most welcome to contact us in this regard.
What are the payment terms when I book an event?
There will be 4 payments:

  • You will pay a non-refundable deposit amount to secure the date and venue
  • A progress payment on acceptance of the lay-out, schedule.
  • A second progress payment once you have approved all suppliers and they need to be secured for the event.
  • A final payment one day prior to the event.
What happens when I need to cancel an event?
This will depend on the event-type and size and how far within the process we will be with your event, as well as the reason for the cancellation. The non-refundable deposit will not be returned under any circumstance, but we always do our best to accommodate our clients and will try our very best to assist with other refunds, should there be a valid reason for cancellation. Please note that this will also depend on our agreements with other secured suppliers.
